Around 125 MB, consistent with changing configurations (separate configs
for each mode).
FT8, MSK144, FT8,...all around 125 MB starting. Q65 127 MB after about 2
hours of operation, so it is essentially the same.
We checked with our zoom group, we are all running WSJT-X 2.7.0 RC1

HI Uwe,
This should be eliminated, it resulted in several unintended transmissions
with the antenna not switched or amp not tuned. I like the fact that you
removed it.
By the way, with the "240202" update I also plan to deactivate this strange

The first thing t check is the Radio Settings in WSJT-X. Make sure those

Joe,
I have experimentally determined that my threshold is about -15 to -16...so
seems to agree with theory.
New veision is doing well. +6 is as strong as I have seen any signal from
K8R and it decoded it no problem.

Andy,
Turn your waterfall gain down (top left slider) and it will clean it up
mostly.
I have a +20 dB SNR file and it is awful looking until you turn the gain of
the waterfall down.
This has nothing to do with decoding, simply a display issue of limited
dynamic range.

The problem with adding the DF offset is when the frequency is
published/spotted, (like on QRZ or DXSummit), it is listed as
14.09175...which is NOT the frequency that you need your radio tuned to for
CAT control. If you click on a spot and have CAT control, you will be on
the wrong freq.

I think the proposed solution is worse than alleged problem.
All one has to do is enter or select the drop down freq...CAT will change
the VFO, the resulting passband will be 0 - 3000 Hz or whatever your rx
supports..and the signals will be there.
What is the problem? It's not as if we are in a F
Alan,
Talk to Joe (K1JT) off list. The SuperFox keys are being closely held and
as you noted, are only normally available to 'certified' DXpeditions.
Whether Joe will take you up on the offer is best handled privately and not
on this list, with the inevitable cheerleaders and their counterparts.

I thought the OP was asking for a one time exception to the regular
DXpedition process, for testing, hence my recommendation to contact Joe
privately to see what he thought.

Anyone in the continental USA that did not copy N5J at any time during

propagation peaked in their area. Bad timing. It had nothing to do with

The cause here for that was using Ref Spec instead of Flatten . I chased it
for weeks, it has no effect on decoding, but produces silly high SNR if
below 400 Hz or so. Simply uncheck Ref Spec in the Waterfall controls, and
go back to "Flatten" and I bet the problem goes away.

The easiest way to use them is consider them number of missed decodes since

This assumes you have Decode set to "Clear Average after Decode" , and you
should have Decode = Normal and Enable Averaging set to on as well.

Mike,
That makes sense: if you don't want to publish your private information,
then don't enable pskreporting. That is totally in the station operator's

To expect the developers to parse which information should be sent to
pskreporter is unrealistic.
