When I am trying to access the dashboard from horizon it is working fine
for the keystone, glance etc.,
But Incase of Neutron I am always getting error.
Tried accessing the network section from both the admin and project tab.

L3 agent fails on FIP when DVR and HA both enabled in router

searching for single actions based on request ID very ineffective.

The RPC handler to create a port is catching DBError's before the retry
decorator gets a chance to retry them. This ends up being treated like a
broken network to the agent so the network will not have any DHCP
service, leading to difficult to debug failures like this one:
So...this is a continuing Saga. The fix that went in for Keystone only
allows the V3 AP call to continue. However, there is currently no way
to call that API except for CURL.

2. Make the authetication process fail (wrong password, keystone down, etc)
3. See how the error message is shown with a bullet next to the border of its

Normal tempest runs are filled with exceptions in the DHCP RPC handler
when it tries to create or update a port on a network that has its
subnet deleted at the same time:
InvalidInput: Invalid input for operation: IP allocation requires
subnets for network.
I could not find any patch that would have changed this, and I correctly
see a rule for protocol 255 being allowed when I try this:
# iptables-save | grep 255
-A neutron-openvswi-i2232cefa-0 -p 255 -j RETURN
Since 255 is a valid, although reserved, protocol value, the code seems
to be operating
