because I couldn't see any need for it and it runs a service all the time in the
background. (I think) and it's big. It's said to be a tool to help software
developers or somethi
It really stinks that part of the links are ending up bhind Yahoo's
advertisements, That's what is causing them to malfunction.
If you just go to Microsoft's download page and search for ".NET
Framework", you'll find the link.
