[Zappa-List] Re: VO Music is the Best - 26 Years of Conceptual Continuity (1962

2007-05-21 Thread David Swift
Have been away, so only just read Glen's email.

Could Rob Smith email his address to me and I will get the discs in the post.

Cheers.

David Swift
--

Odd as a) I've received no emails from David and b) I got my copy of this
set from Bart in Poland just after it first came out.

So I don't need it thanks and I can't work out how my name has appeared in
the list.

Looks like Rob Smith is next then

Glen in Bristol,UK.

I currently have the discs and have sent emails to Glen Young asking for
address details but have not received a reply. If you are reading this Glen
please let me have your address so I can forward the discs.

Cheers.

Dave.

2007-03-06 Thread Matt
I've been trying to get this one. Can I be added to the list?

I'm also trying to track down the songs Pink Napkins & Dancin Fool
12" version if anyone has those.

Matt

Yes,you'll all enjoy this one.
It's so good that shortly after it came out the bootleggers pressed it up as
4 x 2cd sets which they called His-Story.

Praise indeed for the Nite Owl's great work.

Hi everybody!
Something's moving. Just received Burnett's address and
tomorrow I'll send the CDs to him.
To Cyrano and Luis: false alarm.  But thanks
anyway.
All the best

Hi folks!I'm waiting for "heberburnetts" to send me his postal address.
Since I'm leaving in a few days, I'd invite also the next in line, [EMAIL PROTECTED] (US) to do the
same (privately, to [EMAIL PROTECTED]), in case "heber"
fails to answer me in time. In this case, "cyrano" will have to send the CDs
to "heber", and "heber" to Luis in Argentina. Hope to solve this impasse as
  quick as possible.All the bestmm

Change of conehead vine position: I'm stepping out of the vine (behind

hold up the vine just because I'm away from home for a couple of weeks
starting next month ... Still looking forward to receive this awesome

Assuming that this here below is still the current vine status, please

2005-04-18 Thread Joe Della Posta

When very the US postal service delivers it (not today).
I can turn it around in a day or so.
Thanks Jack in AUSTIN for passing it along in advance.
To the others on the vine, I believe the check is in the map to me some to go
over seas to the next one on the list (Luis-IT).

Stay tuned for further updates

This is the line-up I get from following the threads. We seem to be
adding names to the vine(s) just fine; are we remembering to post a
response when we mail off the set, and cross our name off the list? The last
I can tell, this set was mailed to Joe DP; no message that it has been
mailed any farther, or that anyone else down the list has received it
yet.
Screwed? I can't tell...

2005-04-18 Thread Gabriel

Sorry, which i meant is that the text got screwed. I shouldn´t be too
laconic. Along the way everyone´s emails got deleted (stupid yahoo´s
fault, i think). And look at that part:

Now how did that ´wrote:jack simpson´ got in the middle of that?? We
need to be more careful with the structure of the, hm, vine thingie.
