Position will be responsible for application development and support of
PeopleSoft HCM 9.0 Upgrade. Design, analyze and program PeopleSoft
solutions, using hands-on development to code, test, debug, document,
implement and support PeopleSoft HCM 9.0. Competent to work at all phases of
application systems development/analysis and programming activities.

Skills Required:
*Analyze and troubleshoot development related issues.
*Strong verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills are a must. *

*Minimum 4 yrs. PeopleSoft experience; Demonstrated expertise in Application
Designer, Application Engine, PeopleSoft Integration Broker, PeopleTools,

*Ability to write and debug Application Packages and SQL statements.
*HTML and PL/SQL experience a plus.

Analysis of data conversion requirements and preparation of conversion

Data analysis using PeopleSoft query tools and other productivity tools
including Microsoft Excel; Access; and Visio

Prepare queries in PeopleSoft query to extract data from database using
knowledge of table (record) structures in the PeopleSoft HCM database.  Data
will be used to identify patterns, evaluate system utilization, identify
non-conforming data requiring clean-up prior to go-live; etc.

Structured testing including system testing, regression testing, conversion
testing and parallel testing.

Perform functional analysis, planning, requirements definition around
Benefits requirements.
Work with Business Users to gather and document requirements to apply system
solutions to business problems.
Gather key business objectives
Identify current business process challenges
Identify key metrics and measures for success
Identify and document gaps in business processes
Identify Business Process Reengineering opportunities for existing and
future modules and processes
Document system enhancement proposals, outline issues, alternatives and
provide recommendations detailing performance, costs, scheduling, time and
benefits.
Understand and adhere to documentation standards, file design and storage.
Performs all PeopleSoft Benefits configurations to meet business
requirements
Works closely with and directs PeopleSoft developers in development of
necessary customizations.
