The only way to do that is to install a specially calibrated
speedometer gear into the transmission. The amount of
work needed to calculate the gear size and custom cut a
special gear make it a real pita. It would be a very
expensive mod (and it would offer no performance gain),
which may explain why most people just find out the
percentage that there off by an visually compensate by
looking at their speedo. Its not too big of a deal if you
are only off by a small amount (a few percent).
...besides most speedometers are only accurate to within a few
percent anyway.
