yes, its located on the side of the Throttle body on the side towards the 
fire wall, A harness with a grey plug is here, a clip is on the side depress 
and slide it out.

engines, the 95 engines timing is set at 8 and not 10 like the 91-94, so 13 
would be the ideal number to advance if its a 95
