did clark steppler say this?  I just wondered because The ECU that I recieved 
was programmed for intake headers and exhaust and nothing else, (since sold). 
 I figured that since they ask what you did to the car, every time you change 
something, you need to tune it in.  If this is the case, then I will hold 
onto the SER ECU that I have and get it programmed now.
