< The cam protocol maybe nessisary for the SR20, but after talking with
JWT, Wes has found that it is not the same for the GA16. I'm sure if JWT
had such a protocol for our cars, they would offer it.
Suggesting against a service that a company offers isn't exactly how you
make money in a business. If they had the service, I'm sure they would
have told him.>
First of all, as far as the SR20 goes, JWT did not offer the S3 protocol for
a LONG TIME, over a year after the s3 cams came out. If you would have read
my post more clearly you could see my point was that all things are being
improved with time. I don't know why you turned this into a big negative
discussion. I cannot believe how ridiculous this is for me to defend a
protocol for an ECU because you jumped to conclusions.
< Not to be a total ass here, but this is the reason that the 1.6 and 2.0
engines have separate mailing lists.>
Too late for that.
< You are mixing information for your car with informations for ours. Wes
talked to the ppl, I take it you have not (at least not about the 1.6 I
would think).>
I am not mixing any information. I was simply saying that JWT improves their
products over time. Examples: JWT street cams first grind, then JWT second
grind etc.... Hotshot 1st gen header, 2nd gen header, 3rd gen header... etc
you get the point. I merely said I SUSPECT that in the future the GA16 ECU
may be re-programmed to optimize the GA16 cams. How does that have no bearing
on this list?
I can now see why you got into alot of arguments on the SE-R mailing list
awhile back, and your alias of "S-T-3" isn't exactly respected.
I'm am unsure of who made you the list King on here; self proclaimed I
suppose.
