from what i got from daves statement is if you want to go fast why waste your 
money on a base model when you could just buy top of the line.
i do understand your points too. i know an se with the same mods will never 
be as fast as an ser but an se can still be a fast car.sure we have to spend 
more .                                    i feel his statement really down 
plays the ga16de cars.
