Again, let me get this straight... 2700 - 2400 = 250!?>?! My calculator (and
my brain) says 300lb difference from those numbers. Seems to me you're getting
numbers for a fully loaded Sentra SE (which is still around 2600, mind you) vs.
a bare bones '91 SE-R (which is still around 2500lbs.) Now tell me where did
you get 250lb difference? Wait, let me gain about 60lbs and sit in the B14,
and *then* you'll see a 250lb difference. ;)

So, based on what "everyone knows" you're stating a *fact* that the later-model
SR20's (not including B15) have 10 less hp than early model SR20's? Damn, you
monkey! Stop typing before I have to start throwing bananas at you! Sure, the
B14 model SE-R's have shown to be *slightly* slower than the B13 SE-R's,
although Jay Hassinger (on the SE-R list) proved a bit differently with his
B14. When I say "slightly," I mean like 10ths of a second; not too much
difference. Have you ever taken a look at dyno charts comparing the B13 and
B14? I didn't think so. Power output for both cars is pretty much the same,
with the differences being negligible (Mike K, can you clarify this?) B13's
make their max power at a slightly higher RPM than the B14, while the B14
gained some bottom end torque and the power peak is at a lower RPM.

Okay, since you're the self-proclaimed drag racing expert... Tell me more about
it? I know nothing, since most of the stuff I do requires me turning the
wheel, braking, heel-toe downshifting, brake/gas pedal modulation, and all that
other goodie stuff! ;)
