This wasn't my post but I've been thinking about rebuilding a 1.6 for the
street and was wondering about these questions:
Say just how good is the crank shaft? Will it take say a motor putting out
around 180 to 200 HP at the flywheel, does it need any special machine shop
work or will it be all right as is with just a check to see if its OK and
with in specks, also how about the bearings? Will stock Nissan bearing hold
up OK or would some aftermarket supplier be needed??
Thanks
Ron
