chris,
i just calibrated my tps this weekend. the stock ser at idle(.52 volts) was
changed to .45 volts on the nose and my new wot voltage was 4.19 volts. maybe
i dont know something but why are you using ohms to calibrate the sensor?
just put the postive lead on the middle pin(b) and the neg lead to the
battery ground. you probably know this but make sure you select 20 volts dc
on your meter.
i also followed Mikes advice and unplugged the tps with the ignition(not
motor) on for 15 sec and then plugged it back in. this minor change made a
small noticable difference in throttle response. just for shits and giggles i
checked the wot voltage but it WASNT part of the calibration proceedure. good
luck man. if have problems drop me a line.
