mike, 
besides mixing up ohms and voltage some people without multimeter experience 
may not realize that you have to ground your meter.the haynes manual assumes 
people know this.
also does the ecu at wot read the voltage as a high pulse(on)to calculate 
fuel flow or does it sense the exact voltage to do this. in other words is my 
4.19 volts getting less fuel than a true 5 volts.
