I had the log level set to debug. So I've got everything. I see the contact coming in. But I don't know what else I'm looking for. Doesn't appear to be any correlation ids in all the log entries to be able to follow a particular connection. I can send the pop3 log file if that's what you are looking for.

Is there any log in the server for this disconnection? We need to know what the server logged to understand what happened. The next time try increasing the log level and ask your client to run a manual check so you can look at the logs and send them to us. Stefano > [...] > Is this a known/understood problem? And I have no workarounds until we don't know what was the cause of the problem.
