How do you mean "Skipped", as in just not completed? If this is the case then the Change Status will not change to completed as a default behavior.

Within Service Requests this works fine. Does anyone know what the behavior should be? Should a CR be “Completed” if all Activities are Completed and the last one is “Skipped”? Thanks! -Peter
