I am not able to "Skip" an activity. Did you use the "SCSM 2012 - Skip Activity Task for non-admins" management pack to set this functionality up?

The status of the activity is then “Skipped”. As I have wrote: Within SRs this works fine. -Peter From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Ron Taylor Sent: Dienstag, 28. If this is the case then the Change Status will not change to completed as a default behavior. Ron Taylor From: [email protected] To: [email protected] Subject: [servman] - Skip last Activity - Change does not Complete Date: Tue, 28 May 2013 12:23:24 +0000 Hi, we have found the following issue: when within a Change Request the last activity will be “Skipped” – the Change Status does not get “Completed” if all other activities where “Completed”. Within Service Requests this works fine. Does anyone know what the behavior should be? Should a CR be “Completed” if all Activities are Completed and the last one is “Skipped”? Thanks! -Peter
