Hi,

I mean right click on an activity and choose „Skip activity“ – so that the
activity is no longer necessary. The status
of the activity is then “Skipped”. As I have wrote: Within SRs this works fine.

How do you mean "Skipped", as in just not completed? If this is the case then
the Change Status will not change to completed as a default behavior.

Subject: [servman] - Skip last Activity - Change does not Complete

Date: Tue, 28 May 2013 12:23:24 +0000

Hi,

we have found the following issue:

when within a Change Request the last activity will be “Skipped” – the Change
Status does not get “Completed” if all other activities where “Completed”.
Within Service Requests this works fine.

Does anyone know what the behavior should be?
Should a CR be “Completed” if all Activities are Completed and the last one is
“Skipped”?

Thanks!
