Hi,

an Administrator can always "Skip" an activity. If you are not an Administrator
you need at least the "Release Manager" permission - than it is no problem to
"Skip". We have not imported the Skip Activity Task MP

I am not able to "Skip" an activity. Did you use the "SCSM 2012 - Skip
Activity Task for non-admins" management pack to set this functionality up?

I will try this out and let you know.

Hi,

I mean right click on an activity and choose "Skip activity" - so that the
activity is no longer necessary. The status of the activity is then "Skipped".
As I have wrote: Within SRs this works fine.

How do you mean "Skipped", as in just not completed? If this is the case then
the Change Status will not change to completed as a default behavior.

Hi,

we have found the following issue:

when within a Change Request the last activity will be "Skipped" - the Change
Status does not get "Completed" if all other activities where "Completed".
Within Service Requests this works fine.

Does anyone know what the behavior should be?
Should a CR be "Completed" if all Activities are Completed and the last one is
"Skipped"?

Thanks!

-Peter
