Hi, I mean right click on an activity and choose "Skip activity" - so that the activity is no longer necessary. The status of the activity is then "Skipped". As I have wrote: Within SRs this works fine.

Within Service Requests this works fine. Does anyone know what the behavior should be? Should a CR be "Completed" if all Activities are Completed and the last one is "Skipped"? Thanks! -Peter
