many shoptalk messages about drilling a hole in the ball bearing from the sole of the putter but I have never once had a problem when using a good shaft puller, the bearing comes right out with the shaft
Some guys have all the luck! Drilling and punching the ball bearing is a last resort. A good Scout is always prepared for Plan B or C.
