ShopTalk: ping head

I need to pull and replace the shaft from a Ping IST driver.  It currently has a bimatrx shaft.  I have several questions.  Where can I purchase a tool to remove this head because of the insert I don’t think my shaft puller will work without sorme sort of an adapter.  Were can I purchase inserts and last head a standard .355 bore? Thanks in advance
