Paul,
You might try Diamond Tour Golf. They sell a completed heavy club for $30.00, includes trainer grip.

Unfortunately, that one is not intended to hit balls. You swing it without a ball there. I find that actually hitting balls with a heavy club is important to generating improvement -- for me at least.

The discussion of the steel-bar heavy trainer that Ed Reeder mentioned is more in this line, from my experience. That heavy a rod over a conventional clubhead results in a much higher balance point that a real club. While it is most definitely an effective training aid, I think it would somewhat miss the point when hitting balls.

I actually made one, and it has some value for swing and grip training. But not nearly as much as the heavy driver when used for hitting golf balls.

Just MHO. But of course I'm right. ;->

Cheers!
