Use a heat gun and standard shaft pulling techniques. I had no problems with mine. The heat gun provides more uniform, gradual heating of the hosel/head and the shaft pulled easily. The other possibility (if you're going to go with a 35-mm insertion depth) is to cut off the old shaft flush with the top of the hosel and drill the old shaft out to your insertion depth, leaving the old shaft in the bore through as a plug.
