hmmmmmm interesting.  Well I'm less than halfway through a year lease
myself, but I wonder which apartments possibly offer ethernet access?
That sounds pretty amazing to me, though I'm sure there are plenty of
catches.  Do they just contract with an ISP or something for the
service?
