Odd - Paragon/TW in El Paso only charges about $10 more a month for the
service 
if you don't have cable.  Comes out to about $56/mo.

Of course, since it rolled out a year ago, it became less and less worth
the $56 a month... :)  Maybe the folks here in Austin are charging more
because they have REAL bandwidth (and no firewall and no proxy and no... :))!
