Well kind of. The full-service goes into effect in November. Early
Bird people will still get service long before then.
HOWEVER.... what they are making the appointments for this week is
indeed just coming to your apartment and looking things over. This is
soft of like "phase one" of the installation.
But after this is completed it should be a matter of just a few days or
weeks before you can get the actual modem.
There are people out there who have the their cable modems already, so
it's definitely not going to be November before anybody gets theirs.....
