Go with jump.net. I specifically asked them if I could host my domain
with their ADSL (web,ftp,email,dns,etc) and the guy said they didn't
care, and they would even do secondary DNS for free. $70/month (that
includes loop and data) and then $10/month for 8 static IPs.
