It is my understanding that all DSL providers ( jump,texas or whatever)
run on top of the medium provided my Bell. Jump might be good enough to
shield you from Bell Tech Support, but they run with them and have service
agreements with them. I am quite certain that none of these ISPs ( not
Covad) will give you DSL if you have someone other than Bell as your Local
Telco.
