Not SWBell!  If your connection ever goes down (mine has like 4 times
now), good luck finding someone over the phone who will actually take
responsibility and try and fix the problem instead of just transferring
you in circles.  Oh yeah and the hold times for tech support is
ridiculous.  To top it off their level 1 tech support people are complete
idiots.  Trying to get to level 2 is a big pain... Even the supervisors
don't call you back when they say they will.  There is basically no
"accountability" built into their tech support system.  blah blah you get
the idea...

But not that I am bitter or anything :-)
