It is absolutely stupid IMO to compare Mumbai with Bangalore - Mumbai comes
out way ahead in most ways. Bangalore has the odd plus point but that has
more to do with climate than achievement. Bangalore can learn from Mumbai
If you want to talk of snooty buggers living off federal tax wealth - talk
about Delhi.
