No, you must find something which is sufficiently close to future-growth
urban areas yet will not entomb you in one. Chronically difficult, give
20-year projection, and assuming some 30 years life post-retirement
(assuming, no working life extension in that time range).
 
Oh, apropos of nothing, how difficult is it to establish a company
in India? How are banking laws, e.g. establishing an account for
a tourist furriner? At a guess, pharmaceutical trading difficult, no?
