Oh great.

They haven't yet finished processing one booking for me, and I already
hate them. Their web site is dismal. Their feedback form doesn't work.
Their people are as broken as their web site.

I booked two tickets on the 5th of March, and they were sent a cheque
the next day. Then they sat around twiddling their thumbs, it appears,
all the while insisting that everything was fine, and that the tickets
would be issued "real soon now". Then on the 25th, they said "oh, we're
not able to book the first leg of your flight, so we'll have to change
the bookings". That despite repeatedly assuring us that the tickets
were confirmed.

And now they're pointing fingers at everything but themselves.
