ok, it depends on what you mean by "cheaper" :-)

i meant the retail price (which typically does _not_ include costs to society). 
and when the retail price for an unhealthy, processed food is cheaper, you get 
a situation where products with a high calorie-to-price ratio are easier on the 
wallet to pick up at a supermarket, or grab at a fast food place.
