That doesn't make sense. They get whatever is in both gene pools, good
or bad. Besides, there isn't a "look good" gene.

Since you mention mongrels, I'll note that when it comes to dogs (with
whom it is not politically incorrect to talk about race), mongrels are
a great deal more disease-resistant than pedigreed breeds).

Inbreeding hurts everyone.
