As others have mentioned, the key question is where in Bombay you'll be spending the most time. The Pune commute isn't much of an issue, especially if you leave early enough, so if you're staying townside, I'd say go with Gordon House. Polly Esther's can be a bit loud, but at least it's good retro music. :)
