What good (or bad) is this attitude going to do them in the future? The answer to that question interests me more. > Now they're making noises re-iterating the Hindutva core without > conceding This is getting them no-where. On one hand they are making noises about abandoning ram mandir. But let the going get tough again and they will suddenly pull out the same old dead horse and flog it all over again. > Then there was the opposition to the nuclear deal which was just > indefensible given their past stand. > On all counts I think they are so disconnected with the > issues that affected them in this election and the > issues that make them appear truly communal > now rather than a party that is unfairly being > branded communal by a bunch of parties that don't Very beautifully put. >The BJP needs a new face both in terms of an >ideological shift and fresh leadership. At the >moment it appears incapable of generating either. BJP is but the mask over the face of RSS-VHP-Bajrang Dal,etc. all put togather. Its like gangrene all over the body. An inclusive hindutva is not acceptable to themselves. Their whole existence is based on divisiveness and mischief making. Its the wine that is the problem not the bottle. Changing the wine amounts to self destruct. Can one imagine a BJP without RSS? Lukhman
