I read the article again.
What this guy is trying to tell the BJP is that having failed to milk the 
hindutva cow in the right manner, and sometimes worshipping this cow and 
sometimes abandoning it, BJP should forget all about this cow.

He doesnt give any definition of what this hindutva means (probably he does it 
elsewhere).

Finally he reminds the BJP of the consequences of abandoning this hindutva cow. 
That there will be a divorce between the RSS and BJP which will be hurtful for 
the BJP and not the RSS. This is said very clearly without mincing words. (the 
hidden meaning is -> dont you dare abandon hindutva)

The reference to other parties like TMC and JD(u) is interesting. The sarcasm 
is carefully hidden.

Me too. If the article is the basis of shiv's assumption.
