I remember Kalyan giving a presentation once and showing us how lousy the ICICI internet banking security was. (yes, he chose that bank to illustrate his point.)
I wonder if Kalyan reads these emails...or you could email him and ask him if he's had any experience with other Indian banks. Deepa.
