You are right, it isn't the word I wanted.  I'm drawing a blank on my
alchemy words - it isn't distill, decant, or decoct (rebecca just told me
in cooking, the process I'm referrring to is called "reducing").  Talk
about aggravating!!  Does prolonged use of C-S improve memory?  <grin>
