> How do I make a filter please Wayne?

Hi Dee,

I'm not Wayne, but I think I can help!

Using my leet hacker skillz, looking at the uber-secret hidden message
headerz on your last message, I have deviously ascertained that you're
using Incredimail. (Take *that*, Wayne!! <grin>)

Here's some directions I found via Google:

    * Select Tools | Message Rules... from the menu in IncrediMail.
    * Click the Add... button.
    * Compose your message rule with:
          a criterion following If and
          an action after then.
    * Click OK.
    * Finally, click Close.

I'm assuming that the criteria are selected from drop down lists, so
the choices should be pretty obvious. Use strings like the CS> tag in
the silver list subject line, or people's e-mail addresses, to make
rules like 'If Subject contains "CS>" then move to folder 'silver-list'
or 'If From [email protected] then move to Trash.' <grin>

At the very least, you should create filters to put messages from each
mailing list you belong to into its own folder.

If you get frequent correspondence from friends or family, make a
series of rules shunting anything from their addresses into a
Correspondence folder. Do that and most of what remains in your in-box
will probably be SPAM. <grin>

This is what it takes to stay sane with e-mail, nowadays. <sigh>

Be well,

Mike D.
