No, its the difference between an electric car and a gasoline powered car.
The tubes, etc are DIFFERENT between a cold plasma and a UV ozone generator.
THEY ARE DIFFERENT. Repeat after me... THEY ARE DIFFERENT.
Just because they both 'produce ozone' (aka 'they both get you from point
a to point b') doesn't mean they are producing it the exact same way -
similar, yes, but NOT THE SAME.
## And I repeat, no matter how you make Ozone, it's Ozone.
And I assure you that you could *not* easily build a cold plasma ozone
generator of the quality that Saul builds for less than what he sells them for.
Note, I didn't say you couldn't, I said you couldn't do it *easily*. By
that I mean, it would probably take you weeks, if not MONTHS to learn what
you need to learn - and thats assuming you already acknowledge that you
*don't* already know it. You would have to first overcome the handicap of
*thinking* you know more about the subject than you actually do. Since I'm
assuming you are actually smarter than you have resembled during this
discussion, you would probably admit this fairly quickly, once you
actually started the attempt.
##No disagreement there.
But starting with an existing system that does "that" for a different
application [or the same application, but not as well ] and modifying it,
would give a big jump start past starting from scratch.
I don't need to re-invent a wheel to get one off the scrap pile to fit.
I can stuff any motor into any car. I don't have to start with a lump of
iron if the "right" motor isn't within reach.
In fact, Jaguar engines are very expensive and they suck, so there are many
shops that will put a dime a dozen 350 V8 workhorse in there, neat as
pie. It's all about interface.
The main hurdle would be determining what it's doing, not getting it to
do what it was made to do a little differently.
Part of that will be , How much does it really matter? How wide are the
acceptable parameters? Just how dangerous is dangerous?
Good enough, is good enough. Just what, constitutes good enough.
Figuring out what it's supposed to do and how to use it is a whole 'nuther
story.
If .....Saul spent years researching that and someone wants to compensate
him for it, [and he's not just another guy out to lunch...not saying he is
] go right ahead, he deserves it.
But people who are really sick, are usually really broke.
They'll [what amounts to ] sell their grandchildren into slavery to stay
alive and there are literally hordes of people willing to convince them
they should.
The big question is: Do they *have to* ?
Or is some degree of nebulous risk, may be / maybe not, blown out of
proportion to make a sale, a good bet?
It's that second hand smoke and mirrors thing:
Utter nonsense.
Is second hand smoke bad? Sure, compared to what? Taking a bus to the
meeting downtown to fight it?
If you really want to make a difference that makes any real difference, ban
the bus and walk.
If you want to lower carbon dioxide green house gas emissions, stop
breathing?
..and now, bad drawings of guns kill people. [Somebody is REAL "slow on the
draw"..one bunch of blunt zero tolerance pencil pushers! ]
Now, if they really *want* to, that's another story again.
But hear this.
A con man can make anyone want anything.
NOT saying Saul is a con man.
But con men mis-use Teslas name unbelievably often and that raises red flags.
It's an emotional trigger word like Mom, Pop and Apple Pie...Killer
Doctors...and Oh Lordy, the worst sane decision yanker of all... "Dead Babies"
An honest person can easily discredit himself by going there.
It screams: "All ye gullible magick seekers, come this way"
"People are smart! " Nooo...they like to be told they're smart. That has
nothing to do with how smart they are, or aren't.
..and hey, I'm just as gullible as the next guy.
If something is stand alone wonderful, there's no need.
You can buy a water sterilizing UV light system [ Gee. How does THAT
work? ] at any water conditioner supply house for around $500 retail
[$150? wholsale] sized according to your needs, with specifications, and
never hear the word Tesla.
Even that is a few layers of BS and middlemen over a plain old fluorescent
bulb of a given wattage with a different coating on slightly more expensive
glass, stuck in a fancy water pipe.
The other methods? I dunno. Look around, investigate. You'll find
something.
Maaaaaybe Saul did just that? [Only a fool wouldn't try ]
Now, I don't know what Saul did or how many trails he blazed instead of
taking the existing ones, but I do know it's not hard to trample all over
yourself to get to where you already are. [Two lousy bolts and a cam? ]
And it's a real temptation to get someone else to pay for all that needless
effort. [At the dealer, they replace parts till the problem goes away, and
you buy all of them...confessions of a Ford shop manager buddy. I can't
get away with that! ...Honest Independent garage owner buddy.]
Bottom line:
Anyone who thinks Sauls machine is a good deal? Buy it!
Think not? Look around. You might discover it is. You might discover it isn't.
But you won't know anything if you don't look.
I'll sometimes buy something just to open it up and see what's in there.
The equation is almost always, the more hype and pseudoscience on the
outside, the less "special" on the inside.
Whenever I encounter certainty, I get real doubtful these days. [Old
"burn" scars, ya know ]
Particularly when it's sold under the name of Tesla, or dead babies.
OK look, I'm done with this.
Take it or leave it.
Your choice, always was.
