I'm not really reading all your (collective) banter because I am finding it tiresome, but I will comment.
You say, "no matter how you make Ozone, it's Ozone." This is correct, but I don't think it is the issue. The issue is all the other stuff that comes along with the ozone like nitric oxide/acid, and being able to control the conditions, volumes, and concentrations of the output of the machine. A bit like making colloidal silver.
