You may be getting extra oxygen into the blood, but you are probably not
getting extra oxygen into the cells, where it needs to be. One way to do
this is to ingest a good amount of EFA's in the form of Omega3 and Omega6
fatty acids. You need about twice the 6 as the 3. EFA's act like oxygen
magnets in the body and literally bring it into the cells from the
bloodstream.

"There are two known ways to increase tissue/blood oxygenation levels -
hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and ozone therapy."
Some alternative type MDs have been advocating a method with the
fancy name of EWOT (Exercise With Oxygen Therapy) which is merely
breathing an increased concentration of oxygen while doing some form
of light exercise such as treadmill or stationary bicycle, and
indicate that it is very effective in getting extra oxygen into the
body.
Yes, I have heard of this, but haven't done much reading on it - but this
is not the same as simply breathing in more oxygen, which is what was
being discussed.
Also, ozone does far more than just oxygenate the blood. And using ozone
is easy (once you have the equipment).
Also, most people would not do what was required for this to work - just
as most people won't do the full protocol that L. Ron Hubbard developed in
his 'Free and Clear' detox program - and no, I'm not a Scientology
nutso/freak, but he is a great Sci-Fi writer ('Battlefield Earth' is
probably one of my all time favorite books - but the movie royally sucked
pond-scum water), and the Free and Clear program is an *excellent* detox
program, regardless of what you think of the man.
