There are several precautions and side effects that concern me, one of which is 'heavy feet' which I already have at times. Here is some information on potassium gluconate, though it refers to prescription potassium:
All of the prescription I have seen is Potassium Chloride.
Most chemical companies sell it by the pound.

Potassium is needed to maintain good health. Although a balanced diet usually supplies all the potassium a person needs,

That is main stream hype. Who has a balanced diet ?
Not only that, the nuts that wrote it ignored what the USDA said
back in the 1930's.

>> potassium supplements may be needed by patients who do not >> have enough potassium in their regular diet or have lost too
>> much potassium because of illness or treatment with certain
>> medicines.

They politely said, Our drugs wash it out and mess up your metabolism.

There is no evidence that potassium supplements are useful in the treatment of high blood pressure.
That is an outright lie and definitely mainstream.

Seriously, everyone needs to learn mainstream crap when they see it.

Believe it and you will surely did.

Lack of potassium may cause muscle weakness, irregular heartbeat, mood changes, or nausea and vomiting.
See how they mix truth and lies to keep one confused.

Injectable potassium is administered only by or under the supervision of your doctor. Some forms of oral potassium may be available in stores without a prescription. Since too much potassium may cause health problems, you should take potassium supplements only if directed by your doctor.

The Joke of the DAY. The genius pharmacists told me the same thing. I told him some facts and he said ..........

"You are not supposed to use potassium for blood pressure control"

Potassium supplements are available with your doctor's prescription.

I guess they do not know we can buy supplements without a prescription.

If you heed the warnings, you are doing just what they wanted you to do.

Of course you are the pilot, copilot, and navigator.
