Yes. I've read that too.
Plus, your statements prove the mainstream warning and the things they

Were you taking no potassium before?
I was taking it regularly for a while after reading up on it shortly
after joining this list in 2000 or 2001 and then I just stopped for
several years after my thyroid took a turn for the worse. There was
alot I forgot and couldn't focus on back then. But, when my husband
started having those cramps and I started coming down with all of that
inflammation, it just kinda dawned on me to start up on it again, and
voila, no more inflammation, no more cramps for my husband, and both of
our blood pressure dropped, with no negative side effects.
Why not some calcium and magnesium also. Improper calcium metabolism
leads to many serious ailments and body malfunctions.
I agree. I take calcium and magnesium at night.
I am half scared of the stuff [pharmaceutical version of potassium]
with no data or factual reasons other than, ....... I don't trust
anything the mainstream says, does, has any effect on, or even comes
close to it.
Same here. We have more in common than either of us thought, Wayne. [grin]
And the pharmacist said not to use potassium for your blood pressure.
Beware of pharmacists, I think they read only mainstream publications.
Yes. And unfortunately, most of the doctors and nurses I have had the
displeasure of dealing with have those very same blinders on.
