Bromelain is a digestive enzyme extracted from pineapple
plants. Take about 500 GDU (units), or more, 2 or 3 times a
day with water on a mostly empty stomach. There are some
studies on this using boxers. They heal up in less than
half the time of those that don't use it. Great for bruises
and inflammation. I can vouch for it from personal experience.
As far as the CMO, I did not get immediate results from it
but it may have helped over time as I have less arthritis
symptoms. Others seem to have much stronger results. I
still have to take glucosamine, but I only take about 1.5
grams a day, not too expensive, and I am quite active and
take a Chen style tai chi class. (Check it out on
youtube... This is my teacher's teacher.)

How much credit do you attribute to CMO? I had never heard of that. Is
this a continuing process? Thanks for mentioning. Also, how do you get
the bromelain? This isn't what they replaced iodine with in flour is it?
If so, this is one you might check into further before taking any more.

I get a lot of pain in my joints, mostly in the soft tissue that
surrounds the joints, if I drink too much coffee.
Brooks Bradley noted that he had seen this phenomenon in people and
said that if they drink twice the volume of water as coffee directly
after drinking the coffee, they mostly don't have any problem. I have
verified this to work, as well.
Initially, it took me about 3 weeks without drinking any coffee to
verify this phenomenon.
Increase water, decrease coffee until you can verify this, and try a
course of CMO (cetylmyristoleate). I also take glucosamine. Some
people have good results with MSM as well. You can also take Bromelain
for inflammation. (Works great!)

I have a nephew that has rheumatoid arthritus (so I can't spell:)
He's in his mid to late 40's and has a hard time walking.
We figure that by 50 he won't be able to walk enough to work any longer.
Does anyone have any ideas for a protocol he can use the help?
I just gave him some silver to start using internally.
