How much credit do you attribute to CMO? I had never heard of that. Is this a continuing process? Thanks for mentioning. Also, how do you get the bromelain? This isn't what they replaced iodine with in flour is it? If so, this is one you might check into further before taking any more.

Brooks Bradley noted that he had seen this phenomenon in people and said that if they drink twice the volume of water as coffee directly after drinking the coffee, they mostly don't have any problem. I have verified this to work, as well.

Initially, it took me about 3 weeks without drinking any coffee to verify this phenomenon.

Increase water, decrease coffee until you can verify this, and try a course of CMO (cetylmyristoleate). I also take glucosamine. Some people have good results with MSM as well. You can also take Bromelain for inflammation. (Works great!)
