How much of the organa mineral drink to you take
daily? You said you also take magnesium and mentioned
one also needs a chelated multi-mineral, too? How
much of calcium, magnesium, & potassium to you take
daily in addition to the mineral drink?

I ordered mine from a place called Organa
International out of Utah. You can google it or the
phone # is 1-866-491-9335. They told me it's a little
less if you order it over the phone than on the
internet.
You can also get it from Azure. Google and you will
find a multiple of places. Mayber something will
close to you.

I love magnesium orotate the best. I really like the
calcium orotate, also. Don't reallly think you can
get anything better than the orotates unless it's an
IV.
