Also we have been using a homemade sauna and I use Alacer Electromix to

How do you know what minerals are lost is Sweat, .......
if any ?
It is possible to sweat and not loose salt, not sure about all the
others. However, I expect if the sweat does not contain salt, then it does
not contain all the others minerals that people are assuming to be in Sweat.
How long does one sweat ? Possibly some sweat too much.
Not sure that is possible either.
Once in a military dress parade, my buddy and I were sipping water
regularly from our canteen.
A guy behind us said, ......... "You guys better stop drinking so much
water, you will pass out".
We both smiled and sipped more water.
Later we heard something behind us hit the ground. The very guy that told
us was laying flat, toes pointing up, looking at the stars, ....... with
his eyes closed. He was the one that passed out. I wonder where he got his
logic ?
Sweat is a highly technical thing, but the controlling mechanism is very
intelligent and can do amazing things.
